Erica provides great child care service for my soon to be 11 year old son. Takes him to places he's signed up to be while keeping me updated on his progress while he's at his events. My son enjoys her company.

Erica was amazing! We hired her to care for our 6 month old son for a few days while our regular childcare had covid.  She is kind, friendly, patient, and reliable. She was able to step in seamlessly and required very little instruction. She new the needs and development of a 6 month old off the top of her head. She knew how to use all equipment and do all the normal childcare activities. Our son was a bit grumpy and difficult to nap due to not knowing her but she was very patient and was able to soothe him much more than any other new person who has been around him. She arrived on time each day. She's also very active which was great for him. After asking us if she could, she took him to the park multiple times which he really enjoys. 

We are so appreciative she was able to step in and we felt very confident and comfortable with our son in her care. I definitely recommend her :)

Erica is amazing and helped me for an entire weekend with my 15 month old son. She is a natural with kids and has a calm and engaging demeanor. She followed my schedule and respected all my requests for baths and meals. I felt completely relaxed with her with my son because she sent several updates and pictures during her time with my son. She tidied up after all activities and even repacked my diaper bag. I wholeheartedly recommend her and hope to use her again in the future.

Erica was everything you'd want in a nanny- nurturing, kind, tidy, loving, protective. She arrived at our home promptly at 8am and had her routine- charge the white noise machine, warm bottle, change baby out of PJ's, clean up all the toys my toddler scattered around the house. She took great care of both my newborn and toddler and managed the dynamic between them with ease. If you hire her, you can feel confident your children are in the best of hands.

Erica was great with our son, helping with his sleeping, eating and crawling- she a brilliant source of knowledge in all of this. She is extremely punctual and takes E on walks daily as well as the occasional play date. On occasions when Erica couldn't come to work, her lovely mum was available to step in.

I would highly recommend Erica! She was with my family for a year and it was a very pleasant experience. She did play dates, museums, taking my daughter to the park. She was covid-19 cautious, making sure LO was safe. She will truly be missed. (LO 1yrs-2.5yr). Thank you so much, Erica!!

We had a week with Erica at our home in between travels and appreciated our time together. She has vast experience with young children and we were able to learn from her as new parents. She is extremely communicative and made my first week back to work less daunting. We also valued how in tune she was with our daughter and her needs.

Erica began caring for our two-year-old after her daycare closed due to the pandemic. She has been a lifesaver. Erica has helped our daughter learn her first words, numbers, and songs; she takes her outside every day without fail; and has even helped her nap better. She is very responsible and reliable, and is always willing to help us if we need her outside of our regular hours. We will certainly miss Erica as our child goes back to daycare, but know she will be a great asset to another family.

Erica was always on time and she sent regular updates of our child via text message as well as photographs. She even took the initiative to bring our child to the library for the community children's hour (this was before the lock down was instituted). We didn't ask her to do that, but we were very grateful she did. She was amazing always and our son loved spending time with her.

Erica is great with children, super professional and a talented caregiver. Our son is very stubborn about going to sleep but Erica was patient and skilled enough to get him to take his naps. Hire her!

Erica is wonderful. It's as simple as that. She came with amazing references and lived up to them. She watched our daughter in the month before she started school. She kept her entertained, took her outside, to the library, etc, and knew exactly how to handle two year-old tantrums. Most days our daughter didn't even cry when we left for work. That in and of itself was incredible.

Erica intuitively knows how to connect with children. Our son was 6 months old when Erica started babysitting for him. She stepped in and knew exactly what games to play, how baby equipment worked, and what a typical day is like for a 6 month old. Over the course of the past 6+ months she has babysat multiple times. She has a perfect blend of having great and positive energy, listening to what parents want for the child's day, suggesting activities/ideas for our son, and being extremely helpful around the home. We cannot recommend Erica enough.

Erica was so helpful and lovely with my twin boys. She was playful, attentive, and very conscientious of their needs. She was always on time, excited to see the boys, and took initiative to help in any way she could whether it be washing bottles, changing diapers, and cleaning up toys. What I appreciated most about Erica was that she was flexible, she came with me to doctors appointments and the grocery store, which is a huge help with two babies. She was also genuinely kind and loving, which goes a very long way.  I would 100% hire her again!

My whole family absolutely adores Erica! As first time parents we worked with her full-time for 3 months (LO age 4-7mo). When planning childcare, I had a gap to fill between when I returned to work and when a spot was available at our chosen daycare. Committed to going the daycare route, I was apprehensive about finding a nanny. Now the transition to daycare is bittersweet. I cannot imagine getting through this time without her insight and her calming and nurturing presence. I'm truly grateful for the extra time and attention our LO received in Erica's care. He is so happy and playful and excited to see her every morning. Erica is very professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. She provided detailed notes and pictures everyday. Together they sang, played, read, went on walks. They went to playgroups that I recommended and found new ones. Erica set up play dates with other nannies. She even helped us transition LO onto solids, cooking fresh purees for him.

Erica is an amazing babysitter/nanny to our 14 month old daughter she is always dependable, punctual and she is extremely knowledgeable about infants and toddlers. She watched our daughter for several weeks during the work week while I was transitioning back to work and I couldn't have asked for anyone better!  She provided us with pictures daily of our daughter and activities they were doing throughout the day. She is everything a new mom is looking for in a care giver for their child. 

Erica provided wonderful care to our 4.5 month old! Our childcare need came up unexpectedly and Erica was there quickly to jump in and help us out! She provided pictures and updates throughout the day and gave me notes on his eating/feeding/activities. I will definitely hire Erica again, it was a great experience and I felt like my child was in excellent care.
