About Erica

I am writing this on behalf of Erica, who was our nanny for over a year. Let me assure you that you would be hard-pressed to find a better nanny for employment to assist with your family. In the year and a half Erica was our nanny, she truly become a part of our family. She cared for our now 2, 4 and 6 year old boys. Our children absolutely adored Erica and we were very blessed to call her our nanny. Of Erica's strengths- and there are many-her greatest is her flexibility. She was able to work around my on call schedule. Erica brought her son to work at times with her. Her son was a wonderful playmate for my sons since they were all around the same age. She devotes her full attention to each child and catering her approach for the individual child's needs. Erica is great at juggling tasks: caring for the children, cleaning the house, preparing snacks/lunch, preparing/ participating in activities she planned. I can speak volumes about the outstanding care she provides to our children and the comfort coming home to a clean and tidy home. I am very confident Erica can provide outstanding care to children of all ages and go above and beyond tasks as a nanny. We are saddened to lose Erica as our nanny to follow her spouse for job relocation. She is irreplaceable!
