About Erica

With 18 years of experience as a professional dog groomer and a decade of dedicated pet care, I prioritize patience and consistency to ensure your companions feel secure. I specialize in maintaining stable routines, whether I am managing high-energy breeds through active play or providing gentle care for cats, birds, and other pets. My approach centers on vigilant observation, allowing me to detect subtle changes in health or behavior immediately. I remain calm and decisive during emergencies to keep your pets safe. I truly enjoy discovering the unique quirks of every animal and providing you with total peace of mind while you are away. My goal is to create a nurturing, joyful environment where your pets feel right at home. I look forward to treating your beloved companions with the same kindness and empathy I would offer my own.
