Erica worked with us for about a year taking care of our babh. She was always on time, respectful, committed and she would go the extra mile. She did meal prepping, kept schedules consistently, did great transitioning our baby through naps, stimulation (painting, crafts, playing, reading). She was a wonderful addition to our family.
