About Erica

I'd describe my personality as warm, reliable, and attentive. I like working with kids because I love how genuine and curious kids are. I really enjoy being part of their growth, whether that's helping them learn something new, build confidence, or just have fun and feel supported. As a bonus, I'm currently pursuing my Master of Social Work (MSW) with a strong interest in working with children. This has deepened my understanding of child development, emotional needs, and how to create a supportive, safe environment where kids can thrive. I naturally bring that perspective into my caregiving in a way that's thoughtful, patient, and attentive to each child's individual needs. I'm looking for families I can build trusting relationships with, where I can provide consistent, dependable care and be a positive, supportive presence in your child's day-to-day life. In my spare time, I like to go on walks, workout at the gym, read, listen to podcasts, or practice yoga.
