About Erica

Hi! Im Coach Erica. I've been teaching for over 14 years. I am a teacher turned Professional Nanny. I have my Child Development Associates (CDA) from the Early childhood council of recognition and a degree in Early Childhood Education. I own a Professional Nanny resource agency named Nanny FUNdamentals where I coach Nannies in areas such as lesson plans, curriculum and professionalism. I enjoy arts and crafts, reading and the outdoors. I have experience with special needs, Montessori, conscience discipline, ASD, infants you name it! I am First aid, communicable disease, child abuse, and CPR certified. I come prepared everyday with hands on learning experiences and activities! I base all of my lesson plans around the child's interest and development. I am family oriented and very festive when it comes to holidays and special days. I'm bringing the fun from the classroom to the living room!
