Hello! I'm a fun-loving, energetic, artistic caregiver who has been in the field for over 19 years. I began working for a children's museum/daycare in my hometown in their infant/toddler room as an assistant teacher. I went on to study for a major in Fine Arts & minor in Child Development in Boston, MA. While there, I began working for Parents in a Pinch, now a Care. com company, as a caregiver helping with any & all childcare needs. Following school I worked through Care. com out in the Hamptons of NY for a number of years. Now back home in Bristol, CT, I have worked as a Head Teacher for 2 years. I care for children of all ages & am First Aid/CPR/AED, EPI & MED certified. Having studied Fine Art & Child Development, I love integrating creative-time into the routine (drawing/painting, crafts, cooking/baking, dancing, etc.), in addition to getting active (going to the park, outside games, swimming, sports, hide & seek, etc.), keeping activities educational, & staying happy!

Erica was a lifesaver! We needed a babysitter last minute for our twins and she confirmed the same day and arrived punctually and was super understanding and calm and reassuring! We basically showed her around and then left and she was so calm and understanding! Our three boys loved her and she played really sweet games with them (there are twins who are 2 and an 11yo) as they went to bed like lambs with her! She was so wonderful and we will hire her whenever She's available!
