About Erica

I'm Erica , a retired Nurse with decades of experience in pediatric nursing, behavioral health, and education. I've worked in both clinical and school settings, most recently as a school nurse and counselor for elementary students. My husband and I have been married nearly 30 years, and together we raised five kids and are now grandparents to eight-including two grandkids on the autism spectrum. As a new retiree, I simply want to provide loving care for babies, toddlers and children. I love helping kids feel seen, safe, and valued-through play, gentle structure, and encouragement. I take a holistic approach to care that blends health, learning, and connection. I'm experienced with children from diverse backgrounds and would be honored to be part of your child's early years. Outside of caregiving, I love piano, chess, nature (especially water), and the company of our three pups: Ember, Cooper, and Tigger.
