Erica is awesome! Erica is so caring, loving, and skilled as a nanny. She was our full time nanny for our son from 2 months to 20 months old. Our son absolutely adores Erica. We felt so comfortable and blessed knowing that Erica was with our son. She is also very professional - showing up punctually and ready for each day. Her communication with us a parents was also excellent. I cannot recommend Erica highly enough! We only ended our engagement with Erica as we moved across the country.
