Erica was our full-time nanny for a year and a half, caring for our two sons who were 2 and a newborn at the time she started. She took excellent care of our boys, was sweet to them and effective at engaging with them in age-appropriate activities. Erica has a calm demeanor which helped to keep our boys calm, and was also effective at establishing boundaries to teach them good manners and behavior. In addition to caring for our boys, she cooked all of their meals, did their laundry and tidied up after them. She was a strong communicator with us to ensure we knew what was going on with the boys. We wish she had stayed longer with our family as we still refer to Erica as the best nanny our boys have ever had.
