Here's a little bit about me: I have my bachelor's degree in child psychology, and a second one in early childhood education! In addition to my current full-time position (one child age 18-months), I have also Nannied and babysat for different families with kiddos of all ages. Erica joined our family at a critical time when my son was 2.5 and I was due with my second child. She helped us through the transition to a family of four while I was on maternity leave and cared for both kids once my daughter was born.
