About Eric

With 2 years of professional senior care and a lifetime growing up in a family of social workers, I bring a steady, reliable presence whenever I am on duty. Helping others has been part of my life since childhood, visiting senior homes with my mother and grandmother. I worked at SLDC as a one-on-one aide for a special needs 4-year-old, then spent two years supporting students with behavioral challenges in 3rd to 5th grade while serving as the primary aide for a student needing consistent guidance. I continued with him into 6th to 8th grade, becoming a trusted team member in high stress situations. I also cared for a client with advanced dementia, managing medications, meals, transportation, and safety. These experiences taught me to stay level headed in dynamic situations. Today I help care for my 100-year-old grandmother. Families describe me as conscientious, dependable, and attentive. I treat every loved one as if they are part of my family.
