I'd describe my personality as warm, patient, and responsible. I like working with kids because I love creating meaningful bonds -- shaping the child(ren)'s development and growth and ensuring they thrive socially, academically, and creatively. I'm looking for a job that will be a long-term fit. I hope to find work in a safe, engaging, and communicative environment. I started working with kids when I was high school, nearly 10 years ago. What began as an attempt to make some extra money turned into a newfound passion--in childcare and children's development In my spare time, I like to read, write, and visit different bookstores and art galleries in the city. One thing you should know about me is I'm responsible and do not take the work I do lightly. I recognize I hold a unique responsibility in ensuring the safety of your children. My skills include communication (including active listening), feedback and encouragement, and conflict resolution.
