Ricky is extremely nice, patient, helpful, and a good conversationalist and communicator. He is compassionate and always aware of the needs of his client and responds quickly. Ricky has been a blessing to our family,  and most recently, a dear friend. Ricky is not only kind and responsive to concerns, but quietly efficient and intuitive to the persons needs. As one of my father's caregivers for a few years as my father struggled against Alzheimer's, Ricky was always professional and dependable, upbeat and encouraging. Any day that Ricky came to the house was a good day! He inspired my Dad to go to the gym, get out for a walk, run a few errands. He went shopping, did laundry, appointments,prepared meals, kept patient clean, changed bedding .  I could go on and on.  He also organized and gave all meds and he did various treatments. The home was also kept perfectly clean.  Ricky is above a 10
