Helping patients get in and out of bed, toileting helping patients walk or exercise, repositioning bedridden patients. Companionship, running errands, taking patients to doctor appointments. Monitoring vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, Monitoring food, water, and medication intake, Reporting any behavior, health, or vital statistic changes. Helping patients with personal and oral hygiene, Performing basic movement exercises.
