About Engie

Hi! I'm a college student looking to gain more experience in childcare. Most of my experience comes from growing up helping care for my younger sibling and cousins, so being around kids and looking after them has always felt natural to me. I'd describe myself as friendly, caring, reliable, patient, and attentive. I love working with kids because I enjoy getting to know their personalities, having fun with them, and being someone they can feel comfortable and safe around. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish and can help with homework, simple meals, playtime, and bedtime routines. I'm looking for a flexible environment where I can build trust with a family and their children. In my spare time, I love reading, watching movies, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family. I'm also in band and play the clarinet, so music is a huge part of my life! Most importantly, I want families to feel comfortable knowing their kids are in good hands with me.
