About Eneyda

We have a very unique caregiving situation. I have recently transitioned my mother to live with me. In an unfamiliar setting she has had some transitionary aggression. Eneyda and her team initially indicated they were versed working with clients with dementia. Eneyda works with another caregiver, Ana. Although I reached out to Eneyda , Ana was placed as the caregiver, so this review is reflective of Ana . Ana was kind, always prompt , and seemingly understanding. My mother's aggression was an understandable deal breaker and Ana did not deem the situation a good fit. Completely understandable. We should all be aware or our limits. However, on the last day of care, Ana was frustrated and standing outside with her belongings packed while my mother was left unattended inside of the home. For that reason only, I am rating 3 stars. Safety was a major concern in this moment .
