As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, I offer services such as transportation, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medical management. I'm also trained in CPR and First Aid. My approach involves understanding each person's unique preferences and history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular texts, or phone calls, always respecting their preferred method.
