About Emmy

I like working with kids because I had positive relationships with my caregivers growing up and I know how essential it is for kids to have caregivers that impact their lives. I started working with kids when I volunteered as a teacher for a class in my church during early high school. I then babysat for family friends and then nannied when I went to college. I then worked at a daycare as a teacher during breaks in college and after graduation for awhile. In my spare time, I like to craft a ton and always be active whether that's going on a hike or baking tasty treats. My skills include patience, communication, and reliability. I am a firm believer that children learn from watching their caretakers and that reflects in the way I spend time with them.
