Hi! I'm a medical student and AZ native who has been caring for children since I was 12- growing up as one of 14 kids will do that to you! Along the way, I was a swim instructor, spent time directing summer camps in Europe, and have nannied for many families. 

My approach with children is fully engaged - I'm on the floor for imaginative play, outside for walks, at the table for science experiments, and always ready with a silly song. 

Beyond childcare, many families have relied on me as their Home Manager. I handle grocery runs, errands, laundry, tidying, organization, and school/activity drop-offs and pickups, all woven seamlessly into the day. I'm detail-oriented, proactive, and take pride in anticipating needs before they're asked. 

Due to my medical school commitments, my availability is limited and can vary - but when I'm there, I bring my whole self to your family. If our schedules align, I'd love to connect!

Emmilee was our summer nanny. She is so wonderful! Extremely attentive to our kids, always on time and has great communication skills. We felt safe and confident with Emmilee driving our kids to the park/museum/etc. Emmilee was very loved by our kiddos! 


I strongly recommend Emmilee for childcare and home management.  She is capable, dedicated, kind, and loving.  My children flourished under her care, and our family be befitted greatly.  She is able to be caring and assertive, and knows how to handle children when they are having big emotions and working through something rough.

Emmilee was fantastic.  She arrived on time, learned the house rules, got to know the boys, and even brought some activities to share with the boys.  She kept us updated throughout the night too.

We're really happy with how she cared for our boys and will definitely hire her again.

My three kids love Emmilee and wish she could come over every day. She is a ray of sunshine in all our lives! She is a natural with kids and has the energy to keep up with them. I'm a homeschooling mom and very cautious about the influences we allow into our kids' lives and would recommend Emmilee to any family without reservation.

Emmilee is amazing.  She is great with all of our kids (15, 13, and 10) and with our dog (4-month old poodle) but the best thing about her is how much easier she makes life for me and my wife.

She has been 100% reliable while she worked for us; on time and ready to go every single day.  She gets everything done and done well, whether it's dropping the kids off at school, helping with laundry, making dinner, or making sure the boys do their chores/homework.

She is trustworthy and dependable; we routinely gave her our cards to get gas, groceries, or other stuff for the house.

Probably her most unique trait is her initiative.  If she has even a few minutes of downtime, she'll look around the house and see what needs attention.   We often come home she'll say, "I hope it's okay, but I.....straightened up the pantry, cleaned out the refrigerator, organized the arts and craft drawers.....".  Those types of surprises were the icing on the cake.

Emmille is amazing. My two daughters love her and she fits in as part of the family. She is a pleasure to be around and jumps right in to help as needed. I would be lost with out her and highly recommend. I would give her more than 5 stars if I could. Thanks for all you do.

Emmilee has been amazing so far! We hired her for our 2 children (ages 3 and 4) and they liked her after the first day! She has a sweet and calm energy about her, is actively engaged with the kids and  cleans up after the children. And bonus she used to be a swim instructor so I have felt safe with her using the pool with the kids!

She is wonderful!! We loved her and would still be using her if we lived near her!! She loves children and is so good with them!

Emmilee was my kids favorite babysitter of all time. She plays really well with them and she pays really close attention to them. She also cooks and cleans up after herself which is nice to come home to. We even took her to San Diego with us for a week long trip to help with the kids and she was very helpful.

Emmilee is amazing! She always goes the extra mile when taking care of kids. You can trust her to care about the safety and well being of your children. Emmilee is responsible and punctual and your children will fall in love with her just like mine did. Emmilee is well educated and you can tell she has a lot of experience. She can even teach your little one how to swim since she used to work as a Swim Instructor. She started working with my son when he was just a few months old and he loves the water now! If you want your children to learn an instrument Emmilee is an excellent flute player. I have known Emmilee her whole life. I have supervised her as a Tutor at a summer camp and in 2018 she ran the camp on her own with another tutor from Canada. The camp is for children ages 4-14 and she did an excellent job making sure the camps were a success and the children all loved her. You & your children would be lucky to have Emmilee as their nanny.
