Hello, I'm Emme! I was born and raised in Cleveland and have been passionate about helping children with disabilities since a very young age, inspired by growing up with a brother on the spectrum. My childcare experience expands over 10 years across all ages and abilities of children. I love finding new and outside of the box ways to promote and implement creativity and find that children warm up to me fast and am very easy to connect with. Following high school, I spent a gap year as an assistant at the Solon preschool in the special needs classroom before completing two years at Cleveland State University majoring in special education. Additionally, I spent two summers working at a special needs camp, and have been nannying for around eight years now with ages 1-12. I find so much joy in being a fun and positive mentor in a child's life and hope that I can become an amazing addition to your family for many years to come. Emme is a highly reliable and dedicated caregiver who goes above and beyond to ensure the safety and happiness of our kids. Not only did she manage their day-to-day routines seamlessly, from bath time to bedtime, but she also took the initiative to help with household tasks without being asked. Emme's love for our children was evident in everything she did. She embraced their creativity and spent lots of time doing crafts with them, even making special things for them to make them feel loved and appreciated. When conflict arose between our children, she handled it with remarkable patience and calm, helping them resolve their differences in a healthy and constructive way.
