Hi! I'm Emma , I am 22 years old and am a compassionate, reliable, and safety-focused caregiver with a deep passion for child development and family support. I've been caring for children since I was 15, and over the years I've had the joy of working with kids of all ages. Whether babysitting after school, helping with homework, or planning fun and creative activities, I've always found fulfillment in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for children to thrive. I recently graduated from Penn State with a Master's degree in International Affairs and a Bachelor's degree in Criminology . My academic and professional experience, especially my work with the Department of Defense on integrated prevention and advocacy for vulnerable communities, has strengthened my ability to remain calm, attentive, and caring in sensitive situations. I'm CPR/first aid trained and always ready to support your family's unique needs with empathy, structure, and flexibility.
