As a certified teacher with three years of experience, I'm passionate about helping students unlock their unique potential. I hold a college degree and am skilled at creating engaging and supportive learning environments where confidence flourishes. I adapt my teaching to each student's individual style through active listening, varied strategies, and open communication. By connecting challenging topics to real-world examples and celebrating small successes, I keep students motivated. Regular communication with parents ensures everyone is on the same page. I am experienced with Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and student accommodation plans (504). The most rewarding part of tutoring for me is seeing that "aha!" moment when everything clicks. I can tutor Math and English at the elementary and middle school levels, and I'm comfortable working at a center, online, the library, a community center, or school.
