Emma didn't show. We hired her, made sure that the hours were good for her and even contacted her to tell her about the kids the night before. Asked if she needed our address and double checked the morning of. She didn't reply to any of our messaged from the night before and the day of and has not shown even though it is after the time we hired her for. Unreliable and a flake is not what any parent who finally has a date and plans wants. I would not recommend Emma for babysitting children.
