About Emma

Hi! My name is Emma, I'm 23, and I love kids and animals! I studied Elementary Education for two years at Iowa State, and worked at the on campus childcare center. I'd describe my personality as bubbly, compassionate, and easy going! I like working with kids because it's rewarding to be a part of helping children grow and learn. Building relationships with children and their families is meaningful work, and as a bonus- there's never a dull day! I view children through a lens of little humans who are experiencing everything in life for the first time. Understanding that they are learning how to communicate, and as adults, it's our job to teach and demonstrate how to deal with emotions and interact with others! I'm looking for a job that has clear expectations, and open communication! I'd love to meet you, and see if I could be a good match for your family :)
