I hired Emma to be a nanny for my special needs son three weeks in advance from the start date . Our first initial conversation was nice however as the time got closer for her to start her job I called her in advance to talk about my son, the start date, time again Emma went MIA on me. I tried calling, leaving a voicemail, and finally texting and couldn't get a hold of her. at that point I realized Emma was unreliable and not fit to work with my son and our family!
