Emma was okay but did not follow the structure we had discussed during interview. During our last interaction, she had accidentally left the gas burners on at the home while she was out with the kids- no serious outcomes- but when approached about that and the mid -aligned work delivery she responded by quitting without notice. She didn’t even say goodbye to the kids, who were left confused as to why a friend was no longer in their life.
