About Emma

My childcare journey began as a summer camp counselor, sparking my passion for creating safe, engaging, and positive experiences for children. While pursuing a biology degree and Visual Media minor at the University of Texas at Austin, I gained hands-on experience as a STEM educator at the Boys and Girls Club and as a Learning Pod Facilitator during 2020, supporting academic growth and fostering curiosity in students. Since 2017, I have worked with 46 families through Bambino Sitters, earning an Elite Sitter ranking by consistently providing high-quality care to children from infancy to age 12. In 2021, I expanded my role to nanny and house manager, balancing childcare with household responsibilities. I also served as an au pair in Germany, gaining valuable cultural and childcare experience while caring for children aged 2, 8, and 13.
