Emma is very mature, responsible and thoughtful. It is apparent that she has experience and good instincts in caring for little ones, keeping them safe and entertained, and following a routine. My little one goes to sleep effortlessly and eats well with her. She provides a detailed summary at the end of the day, is good at remembering important aspects of care that have been discussed, and is always on time and a responsive communicator.
