Emma was absolutely amazing in helping nourish our daughter. We hired her as a full time babysitter for eight months from when our daughter was 5 months old. Emma had already a proven track record back then, and choosing her felt natural. We hired her on the spot during first interview. Emma showed excellent initiative in caring and entertaining our daughter with arts and crafts. Emma was very knowledgeable about child development and did all meals including first solids perfectly. During her time with us she and our daughter developed a caring loving relationship that still lasts to today, when Emma sometimes babysits for us. When our daughter was old enough, and as we moved to other side of the metroplex, we decided to send our daughter to daycare.
