About Emma

I am a physical therapist in a pre-school setting and am looking for part time work. I recently cared for a 65-year-old woman with ALS. I performed dependent transfers, dressed patient, and care duties including oral care, wound care for PEG tube, and cough assist. I am patient, detail oriented, and empathetic. I also cared for a couple in their home, a male patient s/p stroke who was dependent in all care activities, and a female who required assistance with activities including dressing, administration of medication, and occasionally driving. I am a fast learner, and am happy to provide companionship to those working to maintain independence in their home.
