About Emma

With eight years of experience working with children aged three and up, I am eager to provide nurturing and engaging support for your family. My experiences as a Childcare Program Coordinator and Registered Behavior Technician have allowed me to develop a strong ability to connect with, engage, and support children ages 3-13. My graduate studies in Mental Health Counseling have also given me a strong foundation in child development. I'm passionate about fostering growth and confidence through individualized creative activities, outdoor play, board games, STEM activities, and more. I am comfortable caring for up to two children at a time. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, including verbal updates, texts/calls, and/or written reports. I am also comfortable enforcing household rules, assisting with cooking, light housekeeping, and carpooling. I bring a calm and patient, yet engaging approach to childcare, and I hope to provide the support that your family needs!
