Hi! I'm Emma, and I'm passionate about helping children with special needs feel safe, understood, and supported. I currently work as a school paraprofessional and an RBT, and I previously worked at an ABA therapy clinic supporting autistic children, including those with higher behavioral needs. I value patience, compassion, and meeting every child where they are. I believe in respecting boundaries, building trust at each child's pace, and celebrating their unique strengths and personalities.
