About Emma

I'd describe my personality as kind, patient, funny I like working with kids because I genuinely care about being someone they can depend on. I believe it takes a specific kind of person to be a caretaker, and I believe I have the patience, empathy, and love for the job to be able to do it. My first experience working in child care was when I joined a CIT program at a sleepaway camp I had been attending. It was a great experience supporting counselors and helping facilitate trips and activities. I made strong connections with many of the campers and counselors alike and continued working there for the next two summers as a counselor and art director for the camp. I'm looking for a job that is fun and rewarding. I believe babysitting is a great way to do something meaningful while finding space to be creative.
