About Emma

I am a special education teacher in Maryland! I will be looking for a nannying position this summer starting mid June. A family that is willing to commit to the entire summer would be great for me! Along with my degree in special ed I have 7 years of experience. I worked at Annapolis Area Christian School's summer program for five years. During that time I had the opportunity to be a counselor for groups ages 3-7. I was also a Drama teacher there holding 12 30minute lessons for kids ages 5-14 daily. My heart is for those with special needs. I have worked with grades k5-11th in the school system and privately as a tutor. I also cared for an 11-year-old girl who has cerebral palsy, and a 3-year-old with CP from different families. I have nannied for a 3-month-old, a 2-year-old and a 1-year-old together, and a 75-year-old women with Alzheimer's. I am well equipped to adjust to your family's needs with a loving heart and hard working attitude.
