Emma is great! We hired her as an ongoing parent helper in the evenings while we're home. We have two kids (4 and 7) and she's patient in letting them warm up to her, and when they want space, she is a self-starter and finds things that need to get done around the house like dishes and laundry. She's kind, punctual, detail-oriented, and super thoughtful!
