About Emma

Hi! I'm Emma, a dedicated caregiver with a background in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and hands-on experience supporting children with a wide range of needs. I've worked as a Registered Behavior Technician providing in-home ABA therapy, and as a staff member at a special needs learning center, so I bring both clinical knowledge and real-world care experience to every family I work with. I'm actively deepening my understanding of how to best support kids and individuals with diverse needs. Beyond special needs care, I'm comfortable with general childcare, tutoring support, and pet care. Whether I'm helping a child work through a tough homework problem, playing with the family dog, or implementing a structured routine for a kiddo who thrives on consistency, I show up prepared, patient, and genuinely invested.
