About Emma

Hi families, my name is Emma. I have a passion and profound love for engaging with children of all ages and their families. I have 5+ years of professional experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders and other special needs. I am currently going to school to become a registered behavioral therapist. I am dedicated to fostering a positive environment for children to play, learn, and grow. I bring a calm, patient, and structured approach to caregiving, helping children feel safe, regulated, and confident. I believe in meeting children where they are, celebrating their strengths, and using positive guidance to support emotional regulation. I value open communication with parents and always prioritize safety, trust, and reliability. I am CPR/First Aid certified and comfortable with school pick-ups, schedules, and routines. I'm also happy to assist with homework support, educational activities, and light household tasks related to the children.
