I've been working as a household manager for the past 8 years. From managing busy households and coordinating schedules to handling errands, overseeing daily operations, and caring for pets, I've had the privilege of working with four wonderful families, staying with each for over a year. In addition to household management, I founded Warrior Organizer, where I help families simplify and organize their homes. I love bringing order to chaos, and my attention to detail makes me a great fit for assistant work. I've also worked with children for over 10 years, mostly teens, and truly enjoy being someone they can rely on and look up to. I have a reliable car and am happy to provide references. I hired Emma to be a personal assistant, primarily to help me sublet the master bedroom (like an Airbnb when I'm away). She convinced me that to start, we needed to organize the room, so I paid $375 for a 4 hour organizational "purge." I was quite disappointed with what I got and requested a refund. She helped me throw away some iphone cords and mismatched socks. After 4 hours, she said time was up and had to go to another job, leaving my room a mess with the clothes thrown out all over that we were going through, which took me hours to clean up, and then I organized the rest myself. After I paid her for the purge, she then promptly quit as my assistant. I still want my money back, what she did was not worth even a third of 375. I wonder if she sold my clothes online. Felt like a con. Very disappointing.
