Our initial conversation on the phone was last week. I was clear on call hrs may adjust due to trying to sort morning/afterschool care. We agreed on set times (more hrs for her). She tells me today less than 24 hours before care begins that she doesn’t think she will be able to move forward with the position, after agreeing to all terms discussed. I had to scramble to find someone else. I’m a caregiver myself & reliability is extremely important & I’m very disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend her!
