About Emma

I have several sources of childcare experience, including regularly babysitting my two nieces (now ages 7 and 4) since they were born. Additionally, I worked as a full-time summer nanny for three children ages 7, 9, and 11. I was solely responsible for their care during the day, including preparing snacks, managing daily routines, driving them to camps and activities, and supervising outings such as trips to the pool. This role helped me strengthen my time management skills and develop effective, age-appropriate strategies for discipline (positive reinforcement) and conflict resolution between siblings.
