About Emma

I have several sources of childcare experience, including regularly babysitting my two nieces (now ages 7 and 4) since they were born. Additionally, I worked as a full-time summer nanny for three children ages 7, 9, and 11. I was responsible for preparing snacks, driving them to camps and activities, and supervising outings such as trips to the pool. This role helped me strengthen my time management skills and develop effective, age-appropriate strategies for discipline (positive reinforcement) as well as conflict resolution between siblings. I am set to be CPR/First Aid certified by mid-June and I am accepting opportunities starting then.
