I provide regular updates via text or phone call, and I always follow your preferred communication method. I am comfortable enforcing house rules while following your lead. I have SOME COLLEGE, a car, and am comfortable with pets. I am also happy to help with light housekeeping and crafts. I am certified in CPR and First Aid.
