I'd describe myself as calm, patient, and outgoing. I love working with kids because helping care for my younger siblings showed me how much I enjoy it. I like listening to kids, keeping routines organized, and creating a fun but respectful environment. I started working with kids at 16 when my pastor asked me to take over our Sunday school class, and I've been doing it ever since. I value clear communication with parents so expectations are understood by everyone and there's no confusion if situations come up. As the oldest of 5 siblings, I understand when it's time to have fun and when it's time to be serious. My top skills include patience, organization, loyalty, and trustworthiness. I respect parents' rules and boundaries and believe honesty, consistency, and communication are extremely important when caring for children.
