About Emma

I am a 24-year-old looking to make extra money while working on my PhD in Developmental Psychology at Northeastern University. Before grad school, I worked full-time for two years doing research with infants and young children. Through this research, I have extensive training in interventions relating to following children's lead and providing nurturance as well as learning through play. Before that, I received my BS in Psychology at the University of Maryland while also working on developmental research with infants and children. During high school, I also babysat regularly. I am organized, dependable, and consistent while also being creative, imaginative, and fun with kids! I have experience with all age groups from infancy through high school and can help with schoolwork as well. I have received 3 doses of the COVID vaccination as well as the yearly flu shot.

Emma was a lifesaver when I needed help with my six month old and 3 year old. She was a great communicator with a changing schedule (on my part). She bonded so well with my sons and really engaged in all types of games. I would be happy to have her care for my children again anytime and wholeheartedly recommend her!
