We hired Miss Emma for a 3-month nanny position with our family. She cared for our 20-month-old daughter. She was patient as my daughter worked through her transitional period (cried every morning when she arrived) that took several weeks. She showed genuine care for her and created a safe structured environment. There was exercise, play, and learning. She was dependable; always arrived on-time or early. She never seemed in a rush to leave. She was helpful and cleaned up after our daughter. She provided timely and clear communication. She was open to feedback and seemed eager to learn and do her best. And, she was a joy to be around, which was important as my husband and I both worked from home right now. I would absolutely recommend to other families.
