About Emma

I am a nursing student at UVM with hands-on experience caring for children, older adults, and individuals with diverse needs. I'm passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where people feel comfortable and cared for. Through my clinical rotations, I've gained experience in pediatric, maternal/newborn, and med/surg care, building skills in safety, mobility, and working closely with families. I also volunteer with Vermont Adaptive, supporting individuals with physical and cognitive disabilities through adaptive ski lessons. I'm happy to help with babysitting and child care, as well as provide compassionate support for older adults, including daily routines, companionship, and mobility assistance. Families describe me as warm, dependable, and compassionate, with a natural ability to connect and build trust. I'm certified in BLS/CPR, Wilderness First Aid, and Stop the Bleed, and available starting June 1st.
