About Emma

I am a nursing student at UVM with hands-on experience caring for children, older adults, and individuals with diverse needs. I'm passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where people feel comfortable and cared for. Through my clinical rotations, I've gained experience in pediatric, maternal/newborn, and med/surg care, building skills in safety, mobility, and working closely with families. I also volunteer with Vermont Adaptive, supporting individuals with physical and cognitive disabilities through adaptive ski lessons. I have 5+ years of experience in child care. Families describe me as warm, dependable, and compassionate, with a natural ability to connect and build trust. I'm certified in BLS/CPR, Wilderness First Aid, and Stop the Bleed. I am available to start working June 1st.
