About Emma Louise

I'd describe my personality as loving, joyful and social. I like working with kids because they bring me the opportunity to pour out love and affection that is so important in early development. I like to be able to see children flourish and feel confident as they navigate life. I'm looking for a job that ideally involves a live in position, keeping it professional whilst having a supportive environment is important to me. I started working with kids when I was a teenager, taking on baby sitting roles and then I worked as a teaching assistant. I have done a variety of independent Nanny roles and currently work with Jovie on different childcare assignments every day. In my spare time, I like to go hiking, explore new places (I'm from the UK), meet with friends, journal! One thing you should know about me is my style of Nannying is first and foremost loving however I always encourage appropriate boundaries and natural consequences for behaviour that should be discouraged.
