About Emma

I typically work with elementary students and love to help foster their love of learning. I try to foster this through making connections instead of enforcing memorization. When concepts feel challenging, I try break them into manageable steps and celebrate every small success to maintain momentum. I prioritize clear communication with families to ensure we work as a team. There is nothing more rewarding than witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student masters a difficult skill. I hold a college degree and am currently working towards earning a teaching degree. I truly look forward to helping your student grow and succeed!
