About Emma

I'm a former college lacrosse player and All-American with a strong passion for coaching and player development. I offer private lacrosse lessons for athletes of all ages and skill levels, from beginners learning the fundamentals to advanced players looking to sharpen specific skills. I can create a personalized training plan based on each athlete's goals, or we can focus on whatever the player wants- stick skills, shooting, footwork, conditioning, lacrosse IQ, or overall confidence on the field. My coaching style is positive, motivating, and detail-oriented, and I aim to help players improve while still having fun and building a love for the game. Whether your athlete is brand new to lacrosse or preparing for competitive play, I'm excited to help them grow and reach their potential.
