About Emma

I am a Sophomore at the University of West Florida studying Elementary Education! My mom is a first grade teacher at Oriole Beach Elementary , so I've been working with kids in her classroom for as long as I can remember. I've also been babysitting for around 5 years now and worked full time this past summer at a daycare with students aged 2-5. I am food safety certified for adults, children and infants and have completed the Florida child competency program and have undergone a background screening. I'd describe my personality as bubbly, optimistic and friendly! I have class 9:00-3:45 on Monday and Wednesday and 9:00-9:50 on Friday I like working with kids because they have a wonderful imagination! I love fostering a love of reading and creativity that my teachers and parents did at a young age. In my spare time, I like to go to the beach, read, spend time with my family, and paint. My skills include an optimistic attitude, creativity and communication skills.
