About Emma

Caring for children has been the most consistent job in my life. I have had the pleasure of caring for children of all ages, with a wide range of disabilities. I have also worked in a before and after school program while completing my undergraduate degree, providing care for and creating hands on activities for the K-5 age group. That job allowed me to grow so much in the world of care giving, having dealt with every type of personality imaginable! I graduated with my Masters in Communication Science Disorders from Rockhurst University in 2017 and began my career as a Speech-Language Pathologist. For the past 2. 5 years I have been working as a therapist in nursing homes and just recently moved to Florida to continue my career with the school aged population! I'm looking for a summer gig for when school is out of session, but I am also flexible with watching the kiddos on and off on weekends and evenings.
